How do I book a taxi?

You can book a taxi by texting us directly or by using our online booking using our Website.

How old do I need to be to rent your taxi?

To rent a car with us, you must be at least 16 years old. However, please note that the minimum age may vary depending on your location. Additionally, drivers under the age of 25 may be subject to a young driver surcharge. Be sure to check the specific age requirements and policies in your booking area.

What documents do I need to hire your taxi?

No document is required to hire our taxi.

What are your operating hours?

We operate 24/7, providing transportation services any time of day or night.

Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes, we offer reliable and timely airport transfer services to and from all local airports.

How can I get a fare estimate for my trip?

You can get an estimated fare by using our fare calculator on the website or by contacting us via our website.

Do you accept credit/debit cards?

Yes, we accept payments by Interac and all major credit and debit cards. A partial or full advance payment has still to be made. If partial, you could pay the balance in Cash.

How far in advance do I need to book?

You can book our taxi anytime, but for guaranteed availability during peak times, we recommend booking at least 12 hours in advance. You could get in touch with us if you require any booking within 12hours or at a short notice depending upon our availability.

Are your taxis wheelchair accessible?

No. At present we not have a wheelchair-accessible vehicle but we might come up with these vehicles based on the number of requests we get.

Do you offer fixed rates for long-distance trips?

Yes, we offer competitive fixed rates for long-distance and out-of-town trips. Contact us diretly for more details.

What if my flight is delayed?

We do monitor flight arrivals based on request received. So if your flight is delayed and if you are coming from a different province or country, there’s no need to worry — we will adjust the pickup time accordingly. In case of your departure flight is delayed, you could let us know about the rescheduled flight time.

Can I schedule a recurring ride?

Yes, we offer recurring ride bookings for daily commutes or regular transportation needs based on the request and our availability.

How do I cancel my booking?

You can cancel or modify your booking through our website, or by calling us. Please note that a small cancellation fees may apply if the cancellation is within 2 hours of the booked time.

Do you offer child seats?

Not at the moment. But based on the requests received we might include child seats in near future. Please let us know when you book to ensure availability.

Can I pay cash to the driver?

Yes, balance cash payments are accepted by our drivers. However, you still need to make a partial balance payment in advance if you are not opting for a full advance payment.

Is your driver licensed and insured?

Yes, our driver is fully licensed, insured, and trained to provide safe and reliable service.

What areas do you serve?

We provide taxi services throughout the GTA at the moment. Any surrounding areas could be included based on the specific request received. For distant pickups arranged outside of the GTA a separate pick up fees may apply in case if you require a drop off based on the distance driven and if it is feasible for us to arrange that within our capacity.

How long will it take for my taxi to arrive?

There is no average wait time if our taxi is booked in advance. However, if booked at a short notice the wait time may vary depending on traffic and your pick up location.

Can I pre-book a taxi in advance?

Yes, you can schedule a ride for any time and date through our website, or by phone. For scheduling rides beyond 2 weeks its best to get in touch with us directly.

What happens if I leave something in the taxi?

If you forget something, contact us right away, and we will help you retrieve your lost item.

Can I request a female driver?

Not at the moment but if we get more of such requests, we might accommodate such a driver when available.

Do you offer corporate or business accounts?

Yes, we offer business accounts with flexible billing options and priority booking for corporate clients.

How can I track my taxi?Your Title Here

At present this feature is not available. But we could share the Live location via Whatsapp. We plan to include our mobile app very soon and this feature would get available without any extra charge.

Can I bring my pet with me?

Not at the moment but based on the request we may include this service in near future.

Do you only operate in the GTA?

We mainly operate in the GTA but based on the requests received we may give service outside of the GTA as well upon agreed pricing.

Is tipping the driver required?

Tipping is not mandatory but appreciated if you’re satisfied with the service. However, you may also leave a Good Google review if you like our service.

Do you offer eco-friendly or hybrid vehicle options?

Not at the moment but we may come up with such vehicles in future when we get prepared.

Can I request a quiet ride with no conversation?

Absolutely! If you prefer a quiet ride, simply let us know during booking or inform your driver at the start of the trip.

Can I make multiple stops during my ride?

Yes, you can make multiple stops. Please inform us of your route in advance or during the ride, and the fare will be adjusted accordingly.

Do you offer on-demand grocery or package delivery services?

Not too frequently but Yes, we could provide package and grocery delivery services for local residents. You can book this service via our website. The grocery pick could be arranged from the dedicated pick up locations at Walmarts and other shopping plazas which arrange a drop off at the dedicated pick up or arranged locations.

Do your vehicles come equipped with Wi-Fi?

YES, we could provide Wi-Fi for your convenience based on some extra fees if you agree upon. You can request a Wi-Fi service at the time of your booking.

What measures do you take for vehicle cleanliness and hygiene?

Our vehicle is regularly sanitized, and the driver follows hygiene protocols, including providing hand sanitizer in the taxi.

Can I customize the temperature or music in the taxi?

Yes, you’re welcome to request a specific temperature or ask the driver to play music or turn it off, based on your preference. A 3.5 mm stereo chord or a bluetooth feature could be provided.

Can I request a taxi with a roof rack for extra luggage?

Not at the moment. We could accomodate atleast 3 full size 31 inch suitcases in the trunk of the SUV.

Is it possible to get a taxi equipped with baby strollers?

We do not keep any baby strollers but you are most welcome to bring in your if you want to use one along with any luggage you have and depending upon the space we have in our SUV trunk along with your luggage.

Can I request the same driver for all my trips?

While we can’t guarantee the availability of the same driver for every ride, you can request a preferred driver when booking. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on their schedule.

Do you offer subscription plans for frequent riders?

Yes, we offer monthly or weekly subscription plans for frequent riders with discounted rates and priority booking. Contact us for more details and to enroll.

Do you offer services for events like weddings or corporate functions?

Yes, we offer transportation services for special events. You can book us for weddings, corporate events, or other large gatherings.

Can I bring large sports equipment like skis, surfboards, or bicycles in the taxi?

Not at the moment. We would update the website when we have these options available.

What should I do if my taxi breaks down during the trip?

In the rare event of a breakdown, we will try to arrange another ride or an Uber ride for you as quickly as possible. Your fare will be adjusted to reflect any inconvenience.
